  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing ensure halal certified
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place small portions of the seasoned chicken onto a hot skillet and smash them flat with a spatula until crispy and browned.
  3. Briefly toast the flour tortillas in the same pan used for the chicken.
  4. Place a smashed chicken patty onto each tortilla.
  5. Top each taco with shredded romaine, a drizzle of Caesar dressing, and grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve the tacos immediately.

Notes

Ensure the skillet is very hot before adding the chicken to get the best crust.
