  • 4 cups mixed baby salad greens 120g
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted 30g

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese 40g

Preparation
  1. Combine the mixed baby salad greens and shredded rotisserie chicken in a large salad bowl.
  2. Gently toss in the sliced fresh strawberries and toasted sliced almonds.
  3. Drizzle the poppy seed dressing evenly over the salad ingredients.
  4. Toss the salad gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the salad immediately before serving.
