Cheesecake Base
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened (225g)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 120g
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar 100g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5ml
Fresh Berries
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries halved (300g)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries 150g
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries 125g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries until evenly coated with the cheesecake mixture.
  3. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve cold in individual bowls.

Notes
