- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine shredded chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, heavy cream, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil in a small bowl until coated, then sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Ensure chicken is fully cooked before mixing. Let the casserole rest after baking to allow the sauce to set.
