Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Toss beef cubes in half the marinade and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread beef and pineapple onto skewers alternatingly.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, brushing frequently with the remaining sauce until caramelized and cooked through.
