Salad Base
  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 8 strips cooked crispy turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

Steps
  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions, drain, and rinse under cold water.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the cooled pasta, chopped turkey bacon, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh romaine lettuce just before serving.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve chilled.

Notes
