Preparation
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice and Dijon mustard on the other side.
- Layer turkey slices, spinach, and cheddar cheese between two bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon butter.
- Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Add remaining butter to the skillet, flip sandwiches, and cook another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then slice diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure the heat is medium so the bread toasts without burning before the cheese melts.
