  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.25g), or to taste

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice zucchini thinly.
  • Step 2: Toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 3: Spread slices on parchment-lined baking sheets in a single layer.
  • Step 4: Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Step 5: Cool on baking sheets before serving.
