- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5g)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (2.5g)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.25g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.25g), or to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice zucchini thinly.
- Step 2: Toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: Spread slices on parchment-lined baking sheets in a single layer.
- Step 4: Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Step 5: Cool on baking sheets before serving.
