- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground turkey sausage, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook for 5 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the diced bell peppers and onions. Season with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Sauté for another 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover the skillet with a lid for 1 minute to melt the cheese, then serve immediately.
