  • 1 cup diced bell peppers 150g
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion 75g
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 50g
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 5g
  • 1 tsp dried oregano 5g
  • 1/2 tsp salt 2.5g
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper 1.25g

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey sausage, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook for 5 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced bell peppers and onions. Season with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Sauté for another 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover the skillet with a lid for 1 minute to melt the cheese, then serve immediately.
