  • 2 cups all-purpose flour 240g
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 5g
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3g
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3g
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 200g
  • 1 cup apple cider 240ml
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted, 60g
  • 1 large egg 50g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, egg, and apple cider.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the donuts are set.
  7. Cool slightly before removing from the pan and coating with cinnamon sugar.
