  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded 300g
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 120g
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced 40g
  • 2 tbsp red onion, minced 30g
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 15ml
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard 5g
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2.5g
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 4g

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Fold in the shredded chicken breast, diced celery, and minced red onion until evenly coated.
  3. Garnish with fresh chopped dill and serve chilled.
