Preparation
  1. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165F, then slice into thin strips.
  2. Combine the cubed watermelon and grilled chicken in a large bowl.
  3. Gently fold in the crumbled feta cheese and fresh mint leaves.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad just before serving.
  5. Serve immediately at room temperature or chilled.
