  • 1/3 cup honey 115g
  • 1 cup milk 240ml
  • 1/4 cup melted butter 60g
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

Baking Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cornbread is golden brown.
  6. Brush the warm top with extra honey before serving.
